What services does the INCITE Program provide my student-athletes?
The INCITE Program provides academic guidance and counseling, academic progress monitoring, tutorial assistance, and academic success workshops.

How do I enroll my students in the INCITE Program?
Email us at incite@fullcoll.edu before the semester begins, and we will schedule an orientation for your team.

How much time will my student-athletes be required to spend in the INCITE Program?
The INCITE Program requirement is two hours (120 minutes) per week. Student-athletes may accumulate minutes in Study Hall, the Tutoring Center, the Skills Center, the Writing Center, the Math Lab, the Music Lab, and the Adaptive Computer Lab. Please note that student-athletes must abide by the rules of each center.

How will I be notified of my student-athletes’ weekly participation?
The INCITE staff will send each coach a weekly report detailing each student-athlete’s program participation.

My student-athlete claims he or she went to Study Hall, but the weekly report does not reflect any attendance. What could have happened?
There are several errors that may have occurred:

  • The student-athlete scanned in/out incorrectly.
  • The student-athlete was scheduled to be in another class – including registered practice classes.
  • The student-athlete attended Study Hall during canceled class time.
